Pairing

MORLACO TROPICAL IPA is perfect for pairing with strong and spicy foods. Bitterness contrasts perfectly with spicy or very spicy dishes (like curry). The idea of these pairings is to reduce the intensity ot the flavors that are so aggressive to the palate. We can say that they neutralize each other.
